ransco was engaged recently to assist in conjunction with Westimage Pty Ltd to rebuild a large raise bore rig with a 1,200,000 lbs of reaming thrust and 211,000 ft/ lbs of reaming torque capacity.
Transco manufactured and repaired Drive head components, Transmission components, Ring gear, final reduction gearbox gears and output carrier.
Transco in-house manufactured components using improved materials and forgings to replace the OEM cast components with improved , wear surfaces and manufacturing tolerances to improve on component life and functionality in service.
All components manufactured in accordance with API Spec Q1, ISO9001-2015 and contractor requirements
