Transco was engaged to assist in the rebuild of a 1st reduction gearbox for a raise bore rig
with a 500,000 lbs of reaming thrust and a 111,000 lbs/ft torque capacity.
Transco manufactured motor pinions, sun gears, planet gears, shift gears, pins and bronze shifter shoes to complete the rebuild.
